Brokerage that listens before it lists.

Representation for buyers and sellers across Southern California. Whether you are buying your first home, selling the one you have outgrown, or building a portfolio, the work begins with understanding what success looks like to you—and ends with closing on those terms.

— 02 / Mortgage

Lending structured around the deal, not around the bank.

Mortgage advisory for purchase, refinance, and bridge scenarios. As a licensed loan officer, I run the financing in parallel with the transaction—so the offer you write is the offer the lender will fund.

  • 01
Purchase Financing Conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans. Pre-approval within 24 hours of complete documentation. Rate-shopped across multiple lenders.
  • 02
Refinance Rate-and-term and cash-out refinance. Honest analysis of whether refinancing actually makes sense in your case—often, it doesn't, and we'll say so.
  • 03
Buy Before You Sell A program designed for clients who need to purchase their next home before selling the current one. Eliminates contingency-driven offers and the risk of moving twice.
  • 04
Jumbo & Non-QM For self-employed borrowers, high-net-worth clients, and unique scenarios where standard underwriting does not apply.
— 03 / The Combination

Why both matters.

In a normal transaction, the buyer hires an agent and the agent refers them to a lender. From that moment forward there are two files, two timelines, and two people who answer to slightly different incentives. When something slips, no one is sure whose fault it is.

At Del Real Group, there is one file. When the appraisal comes in low, I already know what the seller is willing to do because I am the one negotiating. When underwriting asks a question, I already have the documents because I asked for them at the listing appointment. The work is faster, calmer, and—most importantly—accountable to one person.
